Beacon Capital supplies custom marble and granite elements produced to approved drawings and dimensions: kitchen countertops, vanity tops, reception counters, dining tables, stair treads and risers, wall cladding, flooring tiles and outdoor paving. Production is coordinated through our production network in Egypt, and every order is inspected and packed for export.

Fabrication Capabilities
Our production network uses specialised stone-processing equipment — including gang saws, bridge cutting, polishing and calibration lines, and waterjet and CNC equipment — to support accurate cutting, consistent finishing and flexible project fabrication.
Block-to-Slab Processing
Natural-stone blocks processed into slabs and thick-cut formats for further fabrication.
Cut-to-Size Production
Tiles, cladding panels, stair components and custom pieces cut to approved dimensions.
Custom Thicknesses & Formats
Project-specific sizes, thicknesses and formats. Typical countertop thicknesses are 20 mm and 30 mm.
Edges, Cutouts & Details
Edge profiles such as bullnose, mitred and bevelled, plus cutouts for sinks, cooktops and faucets.
Surface Finishing
Polished, honed, brushed, leathered and textured finishes, depending on the stone selected.
Quality Inspection
Dimensions, thickness, surface finish, visual consistency and packing are checked before shipment.

From Drawing to Export
A typical fabrication order moves through six stages, with our team as your single point of contact from enquiry to shipment.
01 Project Enquiry
Send drawings or dimensions, your preferred material and finish, quantities and destination.
02 Drawing & Dimension Review
Details, measurements and quantities are reviewed before production is confirmed.
03 Material & Finish Selection
The stone and finish are confirmed, and samples can be requested for evaluation.
04 Cutting & Fabrication
Pieces are cut and fabricated according to the approved drawings.
05 Quality Inspection
Dimensions, thickness, finish and condition are checked before packing.
06 Packing & Export
Wooden crates, protective separation, product marking and export documents are prepared for shipment.

The more complete the information, the more accurate the quotation. Please include:
- Drawings or a dimensioned list of every element
- Quantities for each element
- Preferred marble or granite, or the look you need
- Surface finish, thickness and edge profile
- Cutouts and special details
- Interior or exterior use
- Destination country or port
Fabricated pieces are packed to suit their format and finish, with edge and surface protection, and loaded according to container planning around weight and order format. Commercial and export documents are prepared for each confirmed order.
