1. Who We Are
BEACON CAPITAL INVESTMENTS is an Egyptian business-to-business manufacturer, supplier and international exporter of marble, granite and natural stone. We serve businesses in international markets, including Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
We operate https://beaconcapital.group/ and are responsible for processing the personal data collected through our website, subject to applicable laws.
Registered address: Elite Tower – Plot No. 2, East of Autostrad Road, Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.

Our website also displays a production facility in 15 May City, Cairo. This facility belongs to our manufacturing partner and is not our registered office.
2. Scope and Intended Audience
This policy explains how we collect, use and retain personal data when you use our website, contact and quotation forms, WhatsApp links, and the business correspondence that follows.
Our website is intended for businesses, importers, distributors, contractors, architects, designers and other professionals. It is not intended for children under 18.
External services, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps, are also governed by their providers’ privacy policies.
3. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
- Your name, company name and business activity.
- Your email address and telephone or WhatsApp number.
- Your country, delivery destination, port or city, and preferred delivery terms.
- Requested materials, quantities, dimensions, thicknesses, finishes and applications.
- Enquiry details and subsequent correspondence.
- Your choice to receive email updates when using a dedicated sign-up form.
When you submit a form, our website also records the submission date and time, the page from which the form was submitted, and your device’s IP address.
Some regional forms also record campaign attribution information, including UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers when available, the page associated with the form, market and language.
Our technical systems may process website usage information. Server logs may contain IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request timestamps.
We do not request sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not submit it through our forms or WhatsApp. Our website does not collect payment card details.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Business enquiries and quotations: Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations and samples, potentially based on pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests, depending on applicable law.
- Order fulfilment: Managing supply, shipment, customs clearance and contractual obligations.
- Business relationships: Managing correspondence, customers, quotations and orders.
- Website security: Protecting our forms and systems against misuse and security incidents.
- Enquiry attribution: Understanding website and campaign performance, including WhatsApp click data. This runs only if you accept Analytics cookies in our cookie banner.
- Google Analytics 4: Analysing website visits and usage. Google Analytics loads only if you accept Analytics cookies in our cookie banner.
- Optional email updates: Based on consent given through sign-up forms when marketing communications begin.
- Legal obligations: Maintaining records needed for transactions, accounting, taxation, and establishing or defending legal claims.
The precise legal basis depends on the processing activity and the applicable law.
5. Form Submissions and Business Enquiries
Information submitted through our website forms is stored in the website database. Submission notifications are sent to sales@beaconcapital.group and, for certain forms, also to info@beaconcapital.group.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and maintain business relationships. Submitting a quotation request does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails.
If you have accepted Analytics cookies, certain successful form submissions generate an event in Google Analytics for enquiry measurement. The event’s custom parameters do not include the customer’s name, email address, telephone number or message content. However, this does not mean the entire analytics process is anonymous, as the service may process browser identifiers and technical information.
Until 20 October 2026, certain form notifications were also delivered to a Google-hosted mailbox used by management. New notifications are no longer routed to that mailbox. Historical copies are retained for following up previous and existing business relationships, without a fixed deletion date at present.
6. Service Providers and Data Sharing
Third-party services that may process data associated with our website include:
- Hostinger: Website hosting, database services, backups and company email.
- Google: Google Analytics 4 and the embedded Google Map on our Contact page (each only after your consent), Google Maps direction links, and the mailbox that previously received certain notifications.
- WhatsApp (Meta): Messaging services used when you choose to communicate with us.
The fonts used on our website are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or Bunny Fonts when you visit.
Where necessary to fulfil orders, we may share the minimum required contact and delivery information with shipping companies, freight forwarders, logistics providers and customs clearance agents.
We may also share information with professional advisers or public authorities where necessary or legally required.
We do not share customer identity or contact information with the manufacturing partner that operates the 15 May City production facility.
We do not sell personal data. Our website does not currently use Meta Pixel or another advertising pixel.
7. International Data Transfers
Because we operate internationally and use external service providers, your data may be processed or accessed in Egypt, Germany, where our website is hosted, and other countries where Google, Meta and relevant providers operate.
Order fulfilment may require sharing delivery information with logistics providers in the destination country.
8. WhatsApp Communication and Click Attribution
Our primary WhatsApp number is +20 10 9927 7820. Certain pages may also display +20 10 0050 8590.
a. Website Click Records
If you have accepted Analytics cookies, when you click a WhatsApp button on our website, an internal system may record the date and time, page, device category, traffic source, campaign parameters, advertising click identifier type without its value, approximate country, pre-filled message and associated reference number. If you have not accepted Analytics cookies, the WhatsApp link still works, but no click record or reference number is created.
We temporarily use your IP address to estimate your country through a local database stored on our server. We do not store the IP address in our WhatsApp click log.
WhatsApp click records are automatically deleted after 365 days. They do not contain your telephone number or the messages you personally type in the WhatsApp conversation.
b. Attribution Cookie
If you accept Analytics cookies, we use a first-party cookie named bc_wa_attr to record certain traffic-source, campaign and landing-page information. It expires when your browser session ends.
c. WhatsApp Conversations
Conversations take place through WhatsApp accounts and mobile devices used by our representatives for business communication.
Periodic WhatsApp chat backups exist for the account in use. These backups may retain messages, attachments and telephone numbers after a conversation is deleted from the active device.
We use conversations to respond to customers and follow up business enquiries.
You may request deletion by contacting info@beaconcapital.group. We will act on the request to the extent technically and legally possible. Information may remain in backups or in records that must be retained for legal reasons.
Deletion does not affect copies held on the other participant’s devices.
9. Email Marketing Communications
BEACON CAPITAL INVESTMENTS does not currently send email marketing campaigns, either to website subscribers or external business-contact lists.
Some regional pages contain separate email-update sign-up forms. Signing up through those forms is distinct from submitting a quotation request.
Before beginning email marketing activities in the future, we will review the applicable rules governing contact collection, lawful sending, and unsubscribe mechanisms in the relevant markets. A quotation request will not be treated as consent to marketing.
You may contact info@beaconcapital.group to request that marketing emails not be sent to your address. The Sales Manager is responsible for manually handling unsubscribe requests. No automated unsubscribe mechanism is currently active through an email marketing platform connected to our website forms.
Correspondence relating to quotations, contracts and existing orders is separate from marketing communications.
11. Data Retention and Backups
Enquiries and Quotations
Management has established a reference review period of 24 months from the last relevant business interaction. The Sales Manager is responsible for reviewing these enquiries.
There is currently no automatic deletion of submissions. The review frequency and documented operating procedure have not yet been established. Certain records may need to be retained longer because of active business relationships, legal obligations or disputes.
Form Submission IP Addresses
IP addresses are currently retained for as long as their associated submission remains stored. No active system automatically masks or deletes them after 90 days.
Email Correspondence
Commercial correspondence and form notifications are currently retained in sales@beaconcapital.group and info@beaconcapital.group without a defined deletion schedule.
Historical messages in the Google-hosted management mailbox are also retained as needed to follow up previous and existing business relationships.
Contracts and Official Records
The company currently retains contracts, invoices, shipping records and customs documentation without a fixed deletion date so that they remain available for business and official requests.
WhatsApp Records
Website WhatsApp click records are automatically deleted after 365 days. Conversations are retained according to business needs, subject to chat backups and applicable legal obligations.
Google Analytics and Cookie Choices
Configured user-level and event-level data retention is two months. Aggregated reports may remain available longer. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 12 months.
Backups
Hostinger creates automatic weekly backups of website files and databases. According to the provider, each backup is retained for a maximum of six weeks.
Separately, historical database archives created manually are kept in a restricted, non-public location within the hosting account. They currently have no defined deletion date.
Email mailboxes are not included in the weekly website backups. Their separate backup and retention arrangements have not been fully verified.
Consequently, information removed from a live system may remain in backups or archives until the relevant copies are deleted or expire.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal data, obtain a copy, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, request restrictions, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis.
Requests should be directed to info@beaconcapital.group. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.
We respond within applicable legal time limits, subject to exceptions for ongoing contracts, legal obligations and disputes.
For WhatsApp click-record requests, please provide the reference number BC-WA-… if available.
You may also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection authority.
13. Information Security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls for relevant systems and communications.
Protection also depends on the security configurations of devices, email providers and WhatsApp. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or unnecessary confidential details through website forms or WhatsApp.
14. Applicable Law
BEACON CAPITAL INVESTMENTS is an Egyptian company. Its processing of personal data may be subject to the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 151 of 2020, and other applicable requirements depending on the activities and jurisdictions involved.
The Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other national laws may apply in certain circumstances.

We may update this policy when our services, processing activities or applicable legal requirements change. The latest update date appears at the beginning of this page.

ندير الموقع الإلكتروني https://beaconcapital.group/، ونتحمل مسؤولية معالجة البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها من خلاله وفق القوانين المنطبقة.

2. نطاق السياسة والفئة المستهدفة
توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع البيانات الشخصية واستخدامها والاحتفاظ بها عند استخدام موقعنا الإلكتروني ونماذج التواصل وطلبات عروض الأسعار وروابط واتساب، وكذلك المراسلات التجارية الناتجة عنها.
الموقع موجّه للشركات والمستوردين والموزعين والمقاولين والمهندسين والمصممين وغيرهم من المهنيين، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون 18 عامًا.
تخضع الخدمات الخارجية، مثل واتساب وخرائط Google، لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بمقدميها، بالإضافة إلى ما توضحه هذه السياسة بشأن تفاعل موقعنا معها.
3. البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها
بحسب طريقة تواصلك معنا والنموذج المستخدم، قد نجمع:
- الاسم واسم الشركة وطبيعة النشاط التجاري.
- البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف أو واتساب.
- الدولة ووجهة التسليم والميناء أو المدينة وشروط التسليم.
- الخامات المطلوبة والكميات والمقاسات والسماكات والتشطيبات والاستخدامات.
- تفاصيل الطلب أو الاستفسار والمراسلات اللاحقة.
- اختيارك بشأن الاشتراك في التحديثات البريدية عند استخدام نموذج مخصص لذلك.
عند إرسال نموذج، يُسجّل الموقع أيضًا تاريخ الإرسال ووقته، والصفحة التي أُرسل منها، وعنوان IP للجهاز المستخدم.
قد تسجّل بعض النماذج الإقليمية معلومات مصادر الزيارات والحملات، بما فيها معاملات UTM ومعرّفات النقر الإعلانية عند وجودها، والصفحة المرتبطة بالنموذج والسوق واللغة.
تجمع بعض الأنظمة بيانات تقنية عن استخدام الموقع، وقد تحتوي سجلات الخادم على عناوين IP ومعلومات المتصفح والصفحات المطلوبة وتوقيتات الطلبات.
لا نطلب بيانات شخصية حساسة، ونرجو عدم إرسالها عبر النماذج أو واتساب. ولا يجمع موقعنا بيانات بطاقات الدفع.
4. أغراض استخدام البيانات والأسس القانونية
نستخدم البيانات للأغراض التالية:
- الاستفسارات وعروض الأسعار: للرد على طلباتك وإعداد عروض الأسعار والعينات؛ وقد يستند ذلك إلى الإجراءات السابقة للتعاقد أو المصلحة المشروعة، بحسب القانون المنطبق.
- تنفيذ الطلبات: لتنظيم التوريد والشحن والتخليص الجمركي والالتزامات التعاقدية.
- إدارة العلاقات التجارية: لمتابعة المراسلات والعملاء والعروض والطلبات.
- أمن الموقع: لحماية النماذج والأنظمة من إساءة الاستخدام والحوادث الأمنية.
- قياس مصادر الطلبات: لفهم أداء الصفحات والحملات ونقرات واتساب. ولا يعمل ذلك إلا إذا وافقت على ملفات تعريف الارتباط التحليلية في نافذة الموافقة.
- Google Analytics 4: لتحليل زيارات الموقع واستخدامه. ولا تُحمَّل هذه الخدمة إلا إذا وافقت على ملفات تعريف الارتباط التحليلية في نافذة الموافقة.
- التحديثات البريدية الاختيارية: وفق الموافقة المقدمة في نموذج الاشتراك، عندما يبدأ استخدامها.
- الالتزامات القانونية: للاحتفاظ بالمستندات اللازمة للمعاملات والمحاسبة والضرائب وإثبات الحقوق أو الدفاع عنها.
تختلف الأسس القانونية الدقيقة وفق طبيعة المعالجة والقانون المنطبق عليها.
5. إرسال النماذج والاستفسارات التجارية
عند إرسال نموذج عبر الموقع، تُحفظ المعلومات في قاعدة بيانات الموقع ويُرسل إشعار إلى بريد المبيعات sales@beaconcapital.group، وفي بعض النماذج أيضًا إلى info@beaconcapital.group.
نستخدم البيانات للرد على الاستفسارات وإعداد العروض ومتابعة العلاقات التجارية. لا يُعد إرسال طلب عرض سعر اشتراكًا في الرسائل التسويقية.
إذا وافقت على ملفات تعريف الارتباط التحليلية، يسجل Google Analytics عند نجاح بعض عمليات إرسال النماذج حدثًا لقياس إرسال الاستفسارات. لا تتضمن معاملات الحدث المخصصة اسم العميل أو بريده أو هاتفه أو نص رسالته، لكن هذا لا يعني أن عملية التحليل بأكملها مجهولة الهوية؛ فقد تُستخدم معرفات المتصفح والبيانات التقنية المعتادة للخدمة.
حتى 20 أكتوبر 2026، كانت إشعارات بعض النماذج تصل أيضًا إلى صندوق Gmail تستخدمه الإدارة. جرى إيقاف توجيه الإشعارات الجديدة إليه، بينما يُحتفظ بالنسخ السابقة لمتابعة التعاملات والعلاقات التجارية القائمة والسابقة، دون وجود موعد حذف محدد حاليًا.
6. مقدمو الخدمات ومشاركة البيانات
قد تشمل الجهات الخارجية التي تتعامل مع بيانات مرتبطة باستخدام الموقع:
- Hostinger: استضافة الموقع وقاعدة البيانات والنسخ الاحتياطية وبريد الشركة.
- Google: خدمة Google Analytics 4 والخريطة المضمّنة في صفحة التواصل (كل منهما بعد موافقتك فقط)، وروابط الاتجاهات في خرائط Google، بالإضافة إلى البريد الذي استقبل بعض الإشعارات السابقة.
- WhatsApp (Meta): تشغيل خدمة المحادثات التي تختار استخدامها للتواصل معنا.
الخطوط المستخدمة في موقعنا مستضافة على خادمنا، لذلك لا يتصل متصفحك بخطوط Google أو Bunny Fonts عند زيارة الموقع.
قد تتم مشاركة الحد الأدنى من بيانات الاتصال والتسليم اللازمة لتنفيذ الطلبيات مع شركات الشحن ووكلاء الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية والتخليص الجمركي. وقد نشارك بيانات مع المحاسبين والمحامين والجهات الرسمية عند الضرورة أو وفق القانون.
لا نشارك بيانات هوية العملاء أو معلومات الاتصال بهم مع شريك التصنيع صاحب منشأة 15 مايو.
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. ولا يستخدم الموقع حاليًا Meta Pixel أو أي بكسل إعلاني آخر.
7. نقل البيانات دوليًا
نظرًا لطبيعة أعمالنا الدولية ومقدمي الخدمات المستخدمين، قد تُعالج بياناتك أو يُتاح الوصول إليها من مصر أو ألمانيا، حيث توجد استضافة الموقع، أو من دول أخرى تعمل فيها Google وMeta وغيرها من الجهات المعنية.
قد يتطلب تنفيذ الشحنات مشاركة بيانات التسليم مع مزودي الخدمات اللوجستية في دول الوجهة.
8. التواصل عبر واتساب وتتبع النقرات
رقم واتساب الرئيسي للشركة: +20 10 9927 7820. وقد تعرض بعض الصفحات رقمًا ثانويًا: +20 10 0050 8590.
أ. سجلات النقر على الموقع
إذا وافقت على ملفات تعريف الارتباط التحليلية، قد يسجل نظام داخلي عند الضغط على زر واتساب تاريخ النقرة ووقتها، والصفحة، وفئة الجهاز، ومصدر الزيارة، ومعاملات الحملة، ونوع معرّف النقر الإعلاني دون قيمته، والدولة التقريبية، ونص الرسالة الجاهزة والرقم المرجعي الخاص بها. وإذا لم توافق، يظل رابط واتساب يعمل، لكن دون إنشاء سجل نقر أو رقم مرجعي.
يُستخدم عنوان IP مؤقتًا لتقدير الدولة عبر قاعدة بيانات محلية على خادمنا، ولا يُحفظ عنوان IP داخل سجل نقرات واتساب.
تُحذف سجلات النقر تلقائيًا بعد 365 يومًا. ولا يحتوي هذا السجل على رقم هاتف العميل أو الرسائل التي يكتبها بنفسه داخل المحادثة.
ب. ملف تعريف الارتباط
إذا وافقت على ملفات تعريف الارتباط التحليلية، نستخدم ملفًا باسم bc_wa_attr لتسجيل بعض معلومات مصدر الزيارة والحملة وصفحة الوصول. ينتهي هذا الملف بانتهاء جلسة المتصفح.
ج. محادثات واتساب
تجري المحادثات عبر تطبيق واتساب على حسابات وأجهزة يستخدمها ممثلو الشركة في التواصل التجاري.
توجد نسخ احتياطية دورية لمحادثات واتساب مرتبطة بالحساب المستخدم. وقد تظل الرسائل والمرفقات وأرقام الهواتف محفوظة في تلك النسخ بعد حذفها من المحادثة المباشرة.
نستخدم المراسلات للرد على العملاء ومتابعة أعمالهم، ويمكن طلب حذف المحادثات عبر info@beaconcapital.group. نتعامل مع الطلب بالقدر الممكن تقنيًا وقانونيًا، وقد تبقى بيانات في النسخ الاحتياطية أو السجلات المطلوب الاحتفاظ بها قانونًا.
لا يشمل أي حذف النسخ الموجودة على أجهزة الطرف الآخر.
9. الرسائل التسويقية عبر البريد الإلكتروني
لا ترسل BEACON CAPITAL INVESTMENTS حاليًا حملات تسويق بالبريد الإلكتروني، سواء إلى المشتركين من خلال الموقع أو إلى قوائم الشركات الخارجية.
توجد في بعض الصفحات الإقليمية نماذج مستقلة للاشتراك في التحديثات البريدية. اختيار الاشتراك في هذه النماذج منفصل عن تقديم طلب عرض سعر.
في حالة بدء نشاط تسويق بالبريد مستقبلًا، ستُراجع طرق جمع العناوين والأسس القانونية للإرسال وآليات إلغاء الاشتراك وفق الأسواق المستهدفة. ولن يعتبر مجرد إرسال طلب عرض سعر موافقة على التسويق.
يمكن التواصل مع info@beaconcapital.group لطلب عدم تلقي رسائل تسويقية مستقبلًا. ويتولى مدير المبيعات التعامل مع طلبات إلغاء الاشتراك يدويًا. لا توجد حاليًا آلية إلغاء اشتراك آلية مفعّلة ضمن نظام حملات بريدية مرتبط بنماذج الموقع.
تظل المراسلات المتعلقة بطلبات الأسعار والعقود والطلبيات منفصلة عن الرسائل التسويقية.
11. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والنسخ الاحتياطية
الاستفسارات وطلبات عروض الأسعار
اعتمدت الإدارة فترة مرجعية لمراجعة الاستفسارات تبلغ 24 شهرًا من آخر تواصل تجاري ذي صلة، ويتولى مدير المبيعات مسؤولية تلك المراجعة.
لا يوجد حاليًا حذف تلقائي لهذه الطلبات، ولم تُحدد بعد دورية تنفيذ المراجعة أو تُوثَّق آلية تشغيل منتظمة لها. قد تستمر الحاجة إلى الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات بسبب علاقات تجارية قائمة أو متطلبات قانونية أو نزاعات.
عناوين IP المرتبطة بالنماذج
تظل محفوظة طوال فترة الاحتفاظ بالطلب المرتبط بها، ولا توجد حاليًا آلية فعالة لتقصيرها أو حذفها تلقائيًا بعد 90 يومًا.
رسائل البريد الإلكتروني
تُحفظ الرسائل التجارية والإشعارات والمراسلات حاليًا في صندوقي sales@beaconcapital.group وinfo@beaconcapital.group دون تحديد فترة حذف ثابتة.
ويُحتفظ كذلك بنسخ المراسلات السابقة في صندوق البريد الإداري المستضاف لدى Google، لمتابعة العلاقات التجارية السابقة والحالية بحسب الحاجة.
الفواتير والعقود والمستندات الرسمية
تحتفظ الشركة حاليًا بالعقود والفواتير والمستندات المرتبطة بالشحن والجمارك دون موعد حذف محدد، حتى يمكن الرجوع إليها في المعاملات التجارية والطلبات الرسمية.
سجلات واتساب
سجلات نقرات واتساب على الموقع تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 365 يومًا. أما المحادثات فيُحتفظ بها بحسب الحاجة إلى متابعة العلاقة التجارية، مع مراعاة النسخ الاحتياطية والالتزامات القانونية.
Google Analytics واختيارات الكوكيز
مدة الاحتفاظ المعدة للبيانات على مستوى المستخدم والحدث هي شهران، وقد يُحتفظ بالتقارير المجمعة فترة أطول. ويُحفظ اختيارك بشأن ملفات تعريف الارتباط في متصفحك لمدة 12 شهرًا.
النسخ الاحتياطية
تنشئ Hostinger نسخًا احتياطية أسبوعية من ملفات الموقع وقواعد بياناته، مع فترة احتفاظ قصوى تبلغ ستة أسابيع بحسب إفادة مزود الاستضافة.
وتوجد أرشيفات تاريخية منفصلة لقاعدة البيانات أُنشئت يدويًا، ويُحتفظ بها في موقع مقيّد وغير متاح للعامة ضمن حساب الاستضافة، دون موعد حذف محدد حاليًا.
صناديق البريد الإلكتروني ليست ضمن النسخ الاحتياطية الأسبوعية للموقع، ولم يتم التحقق بالكامل من ترتيبات نسخ البريد الاحتياطية ومدد الاحتفاظ بها.
لذلك قد تبقى بعض البيانات بعد حذفها من النظام المباشر ضمن النسخ الاحتياطية والأرشيفات إلى حين انتهاء الاحتفاظ بتلك النسخ أو حذفها.
12. حقوقك المتعلقة بالبيانات
وفق القانون المنطبق، قد يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو الحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، والاعتراض على بعض استخداماتها، وتقييد المعالجة، وسحب الموافقة حيث تكون هي الأساس القانوني.
تُرسل الطلبات إلى info@beaconcapital.group، وقد نطلب معلومات معقولة للتحقق من هوية مقدم الطلب.
نرد وفق المدد القانونية المنطبقة، مع مراعاة الحالات التي تستلزم الاحتفاظ ببيانات معينة لعقد قائم أو التزام قانوني أو نزاع.
لطلبات سجلات نقرات واتساب، يُرجى تقديم الرقم المرجعي BC-WA-… إن كان متاحًا.
وقد يحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة الرقابية المختصة وفق القانون المنطبق.
13. أمن المعلومات
نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية البيانات الشخصية، تشمل استخدام الاتصال المشفر HTTPS للموقع وضوابط الوصول إلى الأنظمة والمراسلات.
تعتمد حماية البيانات أيضًا على إعدادات الأجهزة وخدمات البريد وواتساب المستخدمة، ولا يمكن ضمان الحماية المطلقة لأي وسيلة إلكترونية.
نرجو عدم إرسال معلومات شخصية حساسة أو أسرار غير ضرورية عبر النماذج أو واتساب.
14. القوانين المنطبقة

وقد تنطبق أحكام من قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني أو اللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات GDPR أو قوانين دول أخرى في حالات معينة.
